Ms. Niskasari is the General Manager of FitNis and our trainer at the gym in Barra de Navidad.
Professionally, Crystal Niskasari is certified by the International Sports Sciences Association (ISSA) as a Fitness Trainer. This certification is the amongst the most prestigious in the industry, and it qualifies her to work with practically any individual wishing to improve his or her fitness, health and overall wellness. She acquired in April 2007 recognition with distinction (91%) from ISSA as Specialist in Performance Nutrition. |

She aims to provide her services at our FitNis Private Fitness Facility, where she has the latest equipment to meet all your health and fitness goals. Her greatest asset is an ability to motivate and inspire people. She has a passion for good health and fitness. She enjoys sharing her expertise and helping others reach their personal goals.
Crystal is the proud mother of Tenaya Mika. She is also a former primary school teacher with 7 years experience, having taught in BC, Canada (4) and Tokyo, Japan (3).

Dilip-René is certified by Yoga Vidya Gurukul of Nasik/India as a teacher in Yoga, having passed with First Class Distinction. Yoga Vidya Gurukul is part of Yoga Vidya Dham, affiliated to YCMOU (a Government Open University) that runs Diploma courses in Yoga. This certification entitles him to teach in any part of the world and also can be used to register with other organizations outside of India. It is recognised by the Director of Education, Government of Maharashtra - under the Government of India. |
