Our Gym:

Take a look inside our gym. Although small, we are proud that it boasts some of the latest in state-of-the-art equipment. We have Cybex's Total Body Arc Trainer and two Treadmills, Vectra's 4-Weight Stack Multi-Gym, Hampton Dumbbells, stability balls, bands, etc.

Given the hot and humid climate here, our gym is obviously air-conditioned! We offer our clients for free, purified cold drinking water.

Hours of Availability:

Monday through Saturday, from 7:00 a.m. - 12 noon, and from 4:00 p.m. - 10:00 p.m.

 

  

 

  

Use of the facilities at our gym does not require an individual to become a FitNis member. Visits can be made both, with prior  appointment or simply drop-in. 

We also welcome you to register and become a FitNis "Private" member and enjoy reduced price benefits.

Location:

The address of the gym in Barra de Navidad is Av Nueva Espaņa #1. For locals or those who know the town, here are some land-markers:

  • The gym is located on the main road entering Barra town
  • It is at the intersection that leads to Bario (Av. Nueva Espana)
  • The building is painted bright yellow.
